The Closing Scheduling apps faced low adoption rates, prompting the product design team to lead an initiative to reimagine the entire scheduling process. Our goal was to uncover opportunities to enhance the experience and drive adoption across both the vendor and consumer apps.
Note: This case study will explore the ideation process for a cohesive, end-to-end closing scheduling experience. The final designs presented focus on the consumer-facing platform, which is one part of the overall ecosystem.
My Role
I defined the research process and led my team through SET factors analysis, competitive, and market research. I structured and facilitated team ideation sessions, synthesizing insights to identify key product opportunity gaps. Additionally, I was deeply involved in the final designs, ensuring they aligned with our research findings and delivered a seamless user experience.
