Following a series of confusing sprints marked by miscommunication about the process, unclear roles, and misaligned expectations, I created a collaboration guide to formalize the design process and integrate it into the company’s agile workflow. The guide addressed the lack of understanding around the importance of design quality, where design defects were often deprioritized in favor of functional bugs.

This exercise was an effort emphasize the impact of design bugs on user experience and system efficiency and introduce a streamlined Design QA process that prioritized and defined severity for design issues.
